The OLYMPIC Aqua Fitness Center operates in a totally renovated space of 850m2 in Kallithea of Rethymno Crete.
Our experienced physical instructors will help you find the appropriate type of exercise according to your body needs.
There are aerobic classes for beginners and advanced that promise a perfect result.
In our fitness center you can choose among aerobic, aqua aerobic, life-guard lessons, swimming, massage and diet.
Joint invigoration programs for the abdominal regions and feet. Muscular astriction for the whole body. Our fitness center has a YOGA class with rhythm, tense, power and technique.
There is a special summer program for children of 5 – 12 years old.
We take children from 8:00p.m. to 15:00a.m. in a full schedule including sports, cultural, educational and entertaining activities. During winter time we are open from 10:00p.m. to 14:00a.m.
The program includes: Walks - Trampoline - Swimming in the pool - Polo in the pool - Ping – pong - Theatrical shows - Dancing - Constructive activities - Educational games - Board games - Swimming lessons (optional).
A Lifeguard Academy operates three times a week with experienced trainers. The students after taking their diploma can work in organized beaches and hotel swimming pools as safety supervisors.
In the Olympic dimension swimming pool you can attend Aqua Aerobic lessons with exercises for the whole body. Ideal for people with health knuckle problems.
The pool is ecological with sea water constantly recycled.
