We grow fruit trees and a variety of organically cultivated grapes. Our guests are welcome to them and we offer (free of charge of course...). Within the same area there are more than 20 species of endemic plants and herbs that are grown with care, to be used for our cooking, or for a flavoring tee to our guests. Our September guests may, also, join us in the harvesting of wine grapes from our organic vineyards and press them to make homemade wine. The wine will perfectly accompany the Cretan meal, we bake in our wood oven in Autumn. Our guests may stroll around NYMPHES and enjoy nature in all its grace: wild bushes and flowers, that one usually finds illustrated in postcards, are found all around our complex and surrounding hills.
