All the conference facilities are located on the 4th floor of the hotel, where the lobby is dedicated on use of the exhibitors or organizers, for exhibitions and cocktail parties.

On the same floor, there are another 3 smaller rooms to be found, for meetings up to 10 people.

The hotel can accommodate up to 412 clients, though combined with its sister hotel CORAL, (only 50 meters away), it can accommodate up to 750 clients.
