Manolis: I worked for your father and mother at their private English school in Xania in 1976 and 1977 (summers). My friend Lem Eldrge introduced me to them...lovely people, especially your mother,Ava. We would often spend weekends at Stavros and "Blue Beach" just as it was beginning; you were just a wee child, then. My memories of your home and Blue Beach are ever lasting and perfect...you are right when you say that Blue Beach is a perfect place to get away to...I wish to be able to visit again; hopefully that will not be to far off.
