Returned this morning from a fantastic week at La Stella. Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, pleasant staff, especially Artur, who couldnt have been more helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend La Stella, and will be back :)

just returned home from la Stella and we had the best time ever.the place is wonderful and very elegant also brand new and shiny. The rooms are very clean such us all the areas since the stuff works all day cleaning around. Super markets and taverns are a few minutes away also the sandy beach. had a good stay here, bar staff nelly, vera,and tebbie very nice people. the downsides to the hotel are bathrooms not very nice and the toilets dont flush very well, not enough hot water.kitchen needs more equipment not very good if u want to eat in. apart from that its a nice little hotel. o and the best thing is georges green drink. also i think the staff made the holliday aswell, nothing is to much trouble for them so think u should give them a pay rise hahaha.

Having just returned from la stella (Aug 06),this traditional greek run hotel, provides good facilities for an enjoyable holiday. la stella is located a short stroll from many shops, tervanas supermarkets and the beach. The pool is of a good size and suitible for young children. the pool bar provides good quality food and drink along with a friendly service(nothing is to much trouble). i would recomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a family friendly enviroment seeking a relaxing holiday in crete. i highly recomend this place for the excellent service and the best atmosphaire.

we had booked a studio for 2 and had lots of room - even a 3rd spare bed. At first we complained about the shower that had no curtain but then we got used to it. the view of the sunset and clean being of the whole house, the friendlyness of the people, cleaning lady and breakfast lady absolutely made up for it. We had a beatiful view to the ocean from our balkony...Breakfast was more than enough - no buffet - but every day wonderful fresh coffee, fresh bread, an egg, fruits, cheese, ham and marmelade plus a different cake too. Coffee refill was included ;-).

Very friendly staff! Always willing to help. Very understanding and not stressful at all. English was spoken very well. Unfortunately we hardly spoke greek but we learned a little ;-)
